    The MBT Shoes definitely focuses on muscles in the back of my legs. Start slowly. I pulled a ligament in my calf and had to wait two weeks to start wearing them again, so I know they work my leg muscles!

    Love these MBT shoes! They fit true to size, it took me a bit to adjust the them, but once I got them right they were very comfortable.

    MBT'S - I love the mbt shoe. Very comfortable, but I found it did run a whole size smaller. Great for walking and just doing things around town. Would buy another pair. They are great!!
